What does “research use only” mean?
These materials are sold strictly for laboratory, in-vitro and analytical research by qualified professionals. They are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements, medical devices or cosmetics, they have not been evaluated by the FDA, and they are not for human or animal use of any kind. By ordering you confirm you are acquiring them for research on behalf of a laboratory, institution or research organisation.
Do you publish certificates of analysis?
Yes, for every lot, including the parts that are unflattering. See COA & Purity Records. Reports are from Janoshik Analytical and can be verified with the laboratory directly.
Why is the measured weight higher than the label weight?
Every lot we hold was independently measured above its label weight, by 6% to 21%. Both numbers are published so you can see the difference rather than take our word for it.
Where do you ship from?
Operations are based in the United States. Materials are imported, then stored, handled and shipped domestically. Orders placed on a business day are dispatched the same day.
How is my order packaged?
Lyophilised material is shipped in its sealed vial. Storage requirements are printed on every vial and stated on every product page.
Do you offer a discount?
10% off orders over $150, applied automatically at checkout. Kits are already discounted and are excluded from it.
