Refund policy

Research use only. Materials sold on this site are for laboratory, in-vitro and analytical research by qualified professionals. They are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements, medical devices or cosmetics, have not been evaluated by the FDA, and are not for human or animal use of any kind.

Damaged, wrong or lost

If a vial arrives damaged, the wrong item was sent, or an order is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery (or of the expected delivery date) and we will replace it or refund it in full.

Refund basis

Refunds are issued at the US dollar value of the original purchase, regardless of the payment method used.

Crypto payments

Refunds on cryptocurrency payments are never sent to the address the payment came from. We will request a destination address and confirm it with you before sending.

Opened material

Because these are research materials whose integrity depends on unbroken storage conditions, we cannot accept returns of opened or reconstituted vials.
