Research use only. Materials sold on this site are for laboratory, in-vitro and analytical research by qualified professionals. They are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements, medical devices or cosmetics, have not been evaluated by the FDA, and are not for human or animal use of any kind.

Dispatch

Orders placed on a business day are dispatched the same day. Operations are based in the United States; materials are imported, then stored, handled and shipped domestically.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking, issued when the order leaves us.

Destinations

We do not ship to destinations subject to comprehensive sanctions, and we screen orders accordingly.

Storage on arrival

Storage requirements are printed on every vial and stated on every product page. Lyophilised material should be moved to the stated storage conditions on receipt.
